Do keep battery surfaces as clean as possible.

Do replace batteries with proper replacement batteries as described by the manufacturers.

Do store batteries in a dry and cool place at room temperature.

Do remove batteries from equipment that will not be used for an extended period of time.

DON'T's

Do not place batteries near heat or fire and this may cause them to leak or rupture.

Do not recharge primary alkaline batteries.

If you have rechargeable alkaline batteries, only charge in a specified charger. Do not charge in a Nickel Metal Hydride or Nickel Cadmium charger.
